COLA Mentoring Programs were created to support specified students and promote their successful transition to UNLV by assigning them an experienced student peer or alumni mentor as a dependable guide for the semester.

The Warrior Queen Project is a Women’s Empowerment Mentorship Program at UNLV and helps women-identifying individuals develop their own voice, discover a sense of sisterhood, and express determination, boldness, and resilience. Through different leadership summits and student-written reflections, the program aims to help participants create a plan for their future by empowering others along the way. This program utilizes and is generously funded by the Bhise Family.

Internships integrate knowledge and theory learned in the classroom with practical application and skill development in a professional setting. All undergraduate students are encouraged to complete an internship!

The UNLV College of Liberal Arts Dean’s Student Advisory Council is a student-led group that serves as the voice for undergraduate students within the college, addresses salient issues that are relevant to the student experience, and connects the administration and study body to encourage growth and community.

Through the perspective of current COLA students and industry professionals, REB Talks aims to inspire, educate, and motivate listeners on career development and cultivating a success-driven mindset. This podcast is a collaboration between the College of Liberal Arts Dean's Student Advisory Council and Industry Leader Advisory Council, among other campus and community partnerships.
