Heather Rappaport (Law) served as the co-chair of the 2024 Association of American Law Schools (AALS) Institutional Advancement Conference. She also serves on the Institutional Advancement Section Executive Board of the AALS.  
Danielle Finn (Law) presented on the history of treaty-making between the United States and Tribal Nations at Clark County School District - Indian Education Opportunities Program's Law & Treaties Day. 
Nachman Gutowski (Law) co-authored a new white paper entitled, "Breaking the Cycle: Rethinking Bar Exam Scoring and Portability for NextGen Examinees."
Danielle Finn (Law) moderated a discussion for the American Bar Association's Judicial Division on Borderlands: America's 21st Century Range Wars.
Danielle Finn (Law) was part of a panel discussion on Custody Issues in Tribal Courts for the Legal Aid Center of Southern Nevada.
Professor Nancy Rapaport (Law) hosted a panel discussion on “The Twilight Zone: Have We Gone Nose Blind to Ethical Issues From the Bench and In the Practice” at the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges Annual Conference in Seattle.
Professor Benjamin Edwards (Law) presented at the 2024 Summit for Corporate Governance on a panel entitled "Challenges to Delaware's Dominance: Contributing causes, Rush to remedy and Anxiously Awaiting Alternatives."

Professor Justin Iverson (Law) presented at this year's WestPac annual conference on Transforming the Legal Landscape: Access to Justice in Rural Communities. WestPac is a regional chapter of the American Association of Law Libraries (AALL).
Professor Ruben J. Garcia (Law) presented "Hostile Environments" at the annual Colloquium On Scholarship in Employment & Labor Law. The paper seeks to expand hostile work environment theories to other legally hostile environments.

Bret Birdsong (Law) was a panelist for the 2024 Nevada Native Vote Forum hosted by the Four Directions Native Vote.
