Patience Crowder (Law) was part of a panel discussion on "Protecting Our Professional Identities While Teaching Our Students How to Form Their Own" at the 2024 Society of American Law Teachers Teaching Conference & Junior Faculty Development Workshop. 
Bret Birdsong (Law) presented at the 2024 Martz Symposium on Public Lands: The Future of Public Lands – People, Place, and Power.
Marketa Trimble (Law) presented at the International Conference on Emerging Issues in Intellectual Property Law at the Salzburg University in Austria. She discussed the cross-border functioning of exceptions and limitations to copyright.

Nancy Rapoport (Law) and Joseph R. Tiano were awarded the Editors’ Prize for the outstanding article of 2023 for their article, “Reimagining “Reasonableness” Under Section 330(a) in a World of Technology, Data, and Artificial Intelligence."
