Director of Research Kasra Ghaharian participated in a panel on harnessing AI for enhanced consumer engagement and responsible gaming. He spoke about how AI is currently being and how it may be used in the future, as well as the risks, ethical considerations, and governance implications of the technology.
Director of Strategic Initiatives Alan Feldman and Marla Stafford (Marketing and International Business) addressed the Responsibility Committee to discuss the analysis and recommendations for the AGA’s Code of Conduct. Feldman was also on a panel for the AGA’s Regulator Roundtable discussing RG policy.
