The Patricia Rocchio Award shall be awarded to two students with outstanding records of academic performance. One scholarship will be awarded to a student in the Ph.D. program and one to a Master’s program student.
Application shall consist of:
- The application forms, available from the Anthropology Office in WRI-B 116;
- A complete graduate transcript;
- A copy of your approved thesis proposal form and the attached statement explaining your choice of thesis topic and justifying its intellectual value;
- A copy of a report, ungraded copy of a term paper, or other example demonstrating the quality of your written work, based on original or secondary research; and
- Students must have completed a FAFSA application.
*Unless otherwise noted, all students who fill out a FAFSA or alternate need form and meet the criteria for the scholarship will be considered. No other application is needed.
*Selected award winner’s name is due to the College of Liberal Arts Dean’s office by December 1st.
