Length of License Validation

For F-1 students and J-1 exchange visitors, the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles typically issues a driver's license that is valid for a maximum of one year.

Passport Errors

The student, exchange visitor, scholar, and/or dependent will need to consult their home country’s embassy or consulate to find out how to correct, update, or renew the passport. Most embassies and consulates have a website with information regarding this issue.
