Our College Programs unit is made up of four programs that are intended to support undergraduate, income-eligible, first-generation, and students with disabilities to complete their first bachelor's degree at UNLV. These programs include:
- TRIO Student Support Services (SSS)
- TRIO Ronald E. McNair Scholars
- Title III AANAPISI
- Rebel Rebound
Participants in our programs graduate at higher rates compared to their counterparts at UNLV.

Rebel Rebound
Students who have an arrest, criminal charge, or record of conviction can face impacts to their career and educational opportunities. The Rebel Rebound program provides guidance and support services to justice-impacted UNLV students to enhance the academic experience from orientation to graduation and beyond. The program also serves as a resource and point of contact.
Title III AANAPISI
The Title III Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-Serving Institutions (AANAPISI) program provides grants and related assistance to Asian American and Native American Pacific Islander-serving institutions. This enables such institutions to improve and expand their capacity to serve Asian Americans and Native American Pacific Islanders and low-income individuals.
TRIO McNair Scholars Institute
The Ronald E. McNair Scholars Institute at UNLV encourages and prepares undergraduate students who are members of underrepresented groups to pursue doctoral studies. These efforts support the institute's commitment to diversifying the ranks of American faculty and research institutions.
TRIO Student Support Services
The TRIO Student Support Services program assists college students with personal concerns, academic deficiencies, and financial difficulties that could impair their academic success. They also provide necessary tools for adjusting to college demands and help develop good study habits and decision-making skills that increase retention and graduation rates for college students.

Canvas is the university’s primary platform to access educational content. Our programs use Canvas to communicate with students, share resources, and allow you to set appointments with program staff.
CAEO offers the opportunity to conduct research under the guidance of UNLV faculty mentors to projects from Title III AANAPISI STEM and TRIO McNair Scholars Institute.
Through the aid of community partnerships, CAEO is pleased to offer its students scholarship opportunities they can apply for directly through CAEO.
