Wellness Promotion Trainings
Our Wellness Educators are currently offering a variety of trainings.

Question. Persuade. Refer. (QPR) is a suicide prevention training that teaches individuals how to recognize the warnings signs of suicide and use 3 steps to help someone who is at risk.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a certification that provides individuals with the skills to identify, understand, and respond to mental health and substance-use challenges.
