Ê×Ò³| Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³» Hoteling Office Space

Hoteling spaces are reservable offices and workstations that are available to support flexible work schedules and provide a location for those that would like a place to work between meetings when moving about campus.

These offices and workstations are assigned under the department ‘Building Resource’ and are available to reserve through Google Calendar as a room resource that is viewable and schedulable by campus users. In some cases, a space may be requested but require approval to finalize the reservation.

Technology Levels

Each location is assigned a technology level and indicates the total number of workstations in the space that can be found in Google Calendar. The levels are:

  • Level 3: Computer (PC or Mac), Monitor
  • Level 2: Docking Station or ethernet cable provided for laptop
  • Level 1: Wifi available
  • Level 0: No Technology (limited/no wifi)

These locations do not have a phone provided. For those that would like phone access, Telecommunications offers a service called Jabber, that enables you to place and receive calls on your campus extension, no matter where you are. Visit the Jabber page to learn more.
