Access Your Tickets
If your event is ticketed, be sure that you can access your mobile or printed tickets before arriving at the venue. Our ticketing system offers many options for you to receive your tickets.
Access Tickets via Email Confirmation
Note that confirmation of your order will be emailed to you from ordertracking@tickets.com. Please add this email to your trusted senders list and/or check your spam folder.
- On your ticket email confirmation, select the blue “access and print your tickets” link in the middle of the email.
- Once redirected to the new page, select “view & print tickets.”
- Either print the tickets from your device or show the scannable bar code on your mobile device to the usher at the venue.
Access Tickets via Your MyTickets Account
- . If you do not have a MyTickets account, you can create one on the login page.
- View the list of tickets you have purchased.
- Select “View Active Tickets.”
- A barcode will be displayed. You may print out this page using your device's print command, or show the scannable barcode on your mobile device to the usher at the venue. If you’re printing, be sure to print a barcode for each ticket.
Pick Up Tickets at Will Call
Before you pick up your tickets at will call, please note the following:
- Tickets may only be picked up by the owner of the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
- A photo ID and the credit card used to purchase the ticket(s) will be required.
Tickets may be picked up at the UNLV Performing Arts Center Box Office, which is located on the bottom floor of the Cottage Grove Parking Garage (look to the left or right as you exit the garage). Visit our Ticketing page to view our normal business hours.
Forward, Recall, or Return Tickets
You can forward, recall, and return forwarded tickets with a MyTickets account. If you do not have a MyTickets account, you may create one by visiting the .
Forward Tickets

- Select “View Active Tickets.”
- Choose the ticket you wish to forward.
- At the bottom of the page, select “Forward.”
- Select your friend on the next page. If your friend’s name and email address do not appear on the next page, select “Add Friend” and input their name and email address.
- Select “Forward Tickets” to complete the forwarding process.
Recall Tickets You Forwarded
If you were the original ticket holder, please complete the following steps:

- Select “View All Ticket Inventory” to see your list of active tickets. Any tickets you forwarded will be marked as “FORWARDED.”
- Select the ticket(s) you wish to recall and select “Recall” at the bottom of the next page.
- Review the ticket(s) you’re recalling and then select “Recall Tickets” to complete the process.
Return Forwarded Tickets
If you received ticket(s) from the original ticket holder, please complete the following steps:
- .
- Select “View Active Tickets.”
- Navigate to the ticket you wish to return.
- At the bottom of the page, select “Ticket Actions” and then select “Return.”
- On the next page, review the ticket(s) you’re returning and then select “Return Ticket” to complete the process.
Add Tickets to Your Mobile Wallet
Before adding tickets to your Apple or Google wallet, ensure that you have the most recent iOS or Google Wallet version installed on your device. The “Add to Wallet” feature should be accessed from an internet browser on a device running these or later versions.
Apple Wallet Instructions

- Navigate to the ticket you wish to add
- Select “Add to Apple Wallet”
Google Wallet Instructions

- On the next page, select “Add”
