Frequently Asked Questions

Undergraduate students must submit a complete application to be considered for this funding. Applications will be reviewed and acceptances will be communicated via email. Once accepted, awardees are expected to email OUR a digital copy of their poster (in the standard 36 in. height x 48 in. width). OUR will print and deliver posters to the symposium site.

Last minute changes are expected and we will do our best to accommodate these changes. However, once your poster has been sent to UNLV’s Integrated Graphic Services, we cannot make any new changes at that point. We are unable to reprint posters once they have been printed.

Undergraduate students applying for OUR's Poster Printing Grant must have their application approved prior to printing their posters.

OUR's Poster Printing Grant is only available to undergraduate students presenting their work at one of OUR’s triannual symposium. Although we will consider applicant’s whose posters are to be presented in a non-OUR sponsored symposium, we will prioritize OUR Symposium applicants.
