Frequently Asked Questions
- Undergraduate students are invited to submit their monographs, research presentation slides, working papers, videos, posters, and other digital materials to be preserved via OUR’s DUREP. Students begin by completing the DUREP form. Once the form is submitted, the faculty research mentor receives a notification to sign off on the student’s presentation. Upon the completion of the faculty form, OUR will reach out to the student(s) and ask them to submit their digital files in Powerpoint or PDF types.
- DUREP does not have a hard deadline. Students may submit their presentation files at any time.
- DUREP requires all student presentation files to be optical character recognition (OCR) type. Thus, we prefer to receive either Powerpoint or PDF file types. If you are unsure if your digital presentation tile is OCR type, please contact our@unlv.edu.
- Although we require the consent of all co-authors, only the corresponding co-authors need to complete the DUREP form. The remaining co-authors will need to communicate their consent to OUR via email.
