POINT

The Provost’s Operational Innovation Team (POINT) is made up of individuals from various administrative units under the Provost’s office. While the OEC promotes operational excellence across campus, POINT drives operational improvement within the office of the executive vice president provost and the units that report to the provost.

The subcommittee’s mission is to lead, support, and inspire a culture of operational excellence among the diverse units of the provost’s office, ensuring their alignment with the overarching goals and vision of the provost. Composed of operations and communications professionals, POINT is committed to identifying operational inefficiencies, documenting and streamlining processes, and improving collaboration and communication among offices to create a more cohesive and effective team.

By employing operational best practices, POINT will create a foundation of operational excellence and sustain a culture that prioritizes productivity and elevates the quality of service within the office of the executive vice president and provost.
