COBRE Program

The COBRE program seeks to build a sustained interdisciplinary center in personalized medicine by engaging local partners, building genomics and bioinformatic analysis infrastructure, and conducting human genetics research. The center will create an environment that cultivates the career development of new investigators, increases our understanding of personalized medicine, builds research capacity to grow clinical genetics research, education, and medical genetic services in Nevada.

Genome Acquisition and Analysis Core

The Genome Acquisition and Analysis core is designed to help and support individual projects to acquire genomics and genetics data and integrate these data for the projects so that each project can accomplish its goals in personalized characterization and analysis of focused health issues.
