UNLV Medicine’s curbside coronavirus screening program got a boost late Monday when it received a new batch of 250 test kits that will extend testing through Thursday, the School of Medicine said.

The UNLV School of Medicine received 250 more COVID-19 test kits on Monday night, a spokesman said.

Laboratories in northern and southern Nevada have run out of swabs for coronavirus testing, but officials expect to receive more kits this week, including quick-result kits, Governor Steve Sisolak said Monday.
