Bradley Marianno (Educational Psychology, Leadership, and Higher Education) and co-author Annie Hemphill published "Pandemic Memoranda: How School District and Teachers’ Union Administrators Modified Collective Bargaining Agreements During the COVID-19 Pandemic" in the Journal of Educational Administration.
