Cass Shum (Hospitality) and coauthors recently published their paper "" in the Journal of Hospitality and Tourism Technology. The paper examines the emotional mechanism through which employees' service robot risk awareness affects robot abuse. It showed that transformational leaders can mitigate the harmful impacts of employees' service robot risk awareness. It is one of the first papers to examine employee robot abuse behaviors and adds to the discussion of how to facilitate human-robot employee interactions.
