The changing climate of healthcare in the United States is making research more important than ever. Professionals within the Integrated Health Sciences fields are in an excellent position to build meaningful collaborations while identifying problems and testing theories.

The School of Integrated Health Sciences promotes, improves, and sustains human health through evidence-based education and advances in research and practice. Faculty are involved in a variety of research projects. They work with undergraduate and graduate students, as well as community partners to cultivate new and innovative ideas that attempt to answer society's most pressing health concerns.

The school receives competitive grant funding from government and private agencies, and faculty maintain multiple active grants throughout the year.
