Free Speech on Nevada’s Higher Education Campuses

On March 1, 2019, the Nevada System of Higher Education adopted its “Freedom of Expression: Aspirational Statement of Values,” developed in partnership with and for all eight state higher education institutions. The statement reaffirms a commitment to fostering an environment for open and robust exchange of ideas and promoting participation in higher education.
