The Classified Staff Council cookbook committee, founded in 2015, was started to bring the UNLV classified community together. The recipes submitted are from the kitchens of the over 1,000 Classified Staff members at UNLV. The diverse community that we represent is apparent in the cookbook submissions, and The Classified Staff Council is proud to present "Cooking With Class".

The Classified Staff Council reprised the cookbook in 2020, as a fun way to keep in touch during a global pandemic. The submissions were plentiful from the Classified Staff Community at UNLV, providing pages of multi-culture dishes.

The Classified Staff Council invited the classified staff community to submit recipes for the first-ever HOLIDAY COOKBOOK! The response was overwhelming with so many cultures and traditions represented.
