To help meet UNLV’s obligations to persons with disabilities, UNLV created the Office of Accessibility Resources to oversee and support a five-phase accessibility plan.
Mission Statement
The Office of Accessibility Resources and its Accessibility Resources Team provide oversight and resource support to help ensure the accessibility of information and communication technologies (ICT) at UNLV and to promote equal access for persons with disabilities.
Support Statement
The Office of Accessibility Resources is dedicated to providing advising, education, technical support, and resources to our administrators, faculty, and staff in developing, adopting, and procuring accessible digital materials and technologies.

By developing, adopting, and procuring information and communication technology (ICT) that is accessible, along with implementing university procedures and policies that include accessibility requirements, persons with a variety of backgrounds and abilities will have universal access to all aspects of campus life.
