- Developed a Graduate Assistant GA Allocation model, guidelines for 3-year allocation, and GA program assessment.
- Increased doctoral and MFA stipends, as well as instituted new market-based graduate assistant stipends.
- Instituted Interdisciplinary Doctoral Graduate Programs in the Graduate College.
- Developed Postdoc and Graduate Assistant Handbooks.
