Identify projects that will provide the greatest impact to campus to work toward transforming our service standards and delivery and focusing on enhanced customer service and user experience (e.g., standardization of documents and tools). Pertinent topics suggested, only as ideas, include:
Campus Safety
Community of Leadership for Ethical AI Usage
Enhancing User Experience and Customer Service (i.e. expansion of enterprise CRM)
Expand Culture survey and/or establish a DEI group
Strategic Opportunities Management and Tracking (BA, IT, HR, etc.)
