UNLV’s long-held vision to build an academic facility solely dedicated to its top-ranked hospitality program is now a reality. Spacious common areas, advanced technology, and flexible classrooms provide the ideal setting for students to master both the theoretical and practical elements of the hospitality industry.
Exterior
The 93,500 square foot building opened in 2018. Sustainable practices led to a silver LEED certification.
Lobby
The design was inspired by boutique hotel aesthetics including amber-tinted entrances and a coffee shop in the lobby.
Auditorium
The building features 16 classrooms, 80 offices, and a commercial-grade kitchen.
Training Kitchen
The top floor of the building features a state-of-the-art executive training kitchen.
