Yan Cao, Ph.D., is a post-doc scholar at The William F. Harrah College of Hospitality at the Ê×Ò³| Â鶹´«Ã½Ó³»­. She has more than five years of professional experience in the hotel, restaurant, and event industries. Cao received her Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration with a specialization in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Oklahoma State University. She holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Business Management from the University of Delaware. Her research interests lie in the areas of consumer behavior and emotions in food sustainability, multi-unit restaurant management, and hotel revenue management.
