Favorite Quote: “The one standing in infinite glory is you; the one fallen from grace is also you. What matters is 'you' and not the state of you.” - Heaven Official’s Blessing by MXTX

Hobbies/Interests: Watching anime, reading novels and manga, playing video games, collecting plushies, roller skating, and spending time with my cat.

Favorite Theories, Models, or Research Interests: I enjoy frameworks that focus on best practices for supporting the LGBTQ+ community, utilizing intersectional lenses, and focusing on multiculturalism, inclusion, and liberation. Queer Theory, The Queer Race Pedagogy, and Systems Theory have all been instrumental in the work I have been doing to uplift students and community members while recognizing that the barriers they face as minoritized and underrepresented populations stem from systems of power and oppression. When addressing issues related to housing insecurity, I rely heavily on the Housing First Model in my work, recognizing the need to center housing as a human right.
