Biography
Prior to returning to UNLV, Sterling Saddler, Ph.D., served as a professor of educational leadership at Western Illinois University. In his previous UNLV life, he served as vice president of the Office for Diversity and Inclusion and was the founder and director of the Center for Workforce Development and Occupational Research, as well as the college's interim associate dean and as chair of the Educational Leadership Department (now EPLHE). Prior to joining the UNLV faculty in 1998, he served as the assistant dean and dean of academic affairs at Center City Business Institute in Syracuse, NY, and taught in the Syracuse City School District.
