Biography
Linda Dam, Ph.D., specializes in public relations and strategic communication practices, communication and media theory and research, and cross-cultural communication. Her research interests include cross-cultural communication strategies, uses and effects of new media technologies, parasocial relationship formations within a social media landscape, and food-related influencer marketing. Her work has been published in Journal of Broadcasting and Electronic Media, Journal of Social Media in Society, and Journal of Communication and Healthcare. She is also a member of Public Relations Society of American (PRSA).
