Elisabeth Ayres
DJ name: Course Control
Biography
Before joining Course Control, Elisabeth Ayres worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a data analyst/scientist. There, she utilized her knowledge in predictive analytics to create technology innovations for all Call Centers in the United States.
Then, after saving every penny, she made the leap to full time DJ and producer. Since then, coupled with six years of experience spanning from private parties and corporate events to main stage nightclubs, she has homed in on her understanding of what it takes to get people moving.
In late 2021, Elisabeth and the other half of Course Control, Cedar, moved from Seattle to Las Vegas and have since opened their own studio, released three singles, and helped many local artists produce their own music. After a successful interview with UNLV, they joined the Rebel DJs and have played at on-campus events. She has been grateful to be a part of this DJ collective where kind, incredibly talented, and tenacious DJs push her to be better at her craft.
When she is not in the studio or behind the decks, you can find her out hiking with her dog, Odin, or exploring the city she calls home.
