Biography
Bianca Shaw is a classically trained brand marketer with a disruptive digital and social-first integrated approach. She possesses a hybrid of right-brained, left-brained thinking where qualitative and quantitative data support the development of strategy while she is also able to imagine the creative and craft a storyline that goes into the best-in-class technical execution. Bianca is the vice president of enterprise social and digital reputation at Caesars Entertainment where she leads the content and care social strategy for 50+ destinations across the United States, the award-winning loyalty program of Caesars Rewards, and the sports betting brand of Caesars Sportsbook and Casino. Prior to that, she held the position of vice president of social engagement at MGM Resorts International where she oversaw brand channel and content strategies in addition to reputation management. She has spent the past 17 years refining her marketing expertise which draws on a broad range of experience from agency, in-house, to brand.
