Bailey Ross serves the School of Nursing as the Enrollment Coordinator for graduate programs. She oversees all graduate students entering the School of Nursing by assisting prospective students with enrollment inquiries and the admissions process. Ross helps promote the School of Nursing's graduate programs at community conferences and college fairs.

Prior to her role at UNLV, Ross worked for the Adult Basic Education program at Truckee Meadows Community College in Reno, Nevada, where she guided students through the program’s enrollment process. She has also worked for The Goddard School, Sparks as a Lead Teacher in a toddler classroom.
