Biography
Alisha is the managing principal of the Las Vegas office of CLA. Alisha began her accounting career over 20 years ago as a controller with a local construction company. Five years later, she made the move to public accounting out of a desire to help a wider variety of businesses be as successful as possible. While Alisha's career has mainly focused on providing audit, attestation, and consulting services, she also has experience with taxation, business valuation, and exit planning. Alisha is a proud UNLV graduate and received her bachelor's and master's degrees in 2004 and 2005, respectively. In the community, Alisha serves on the board for the Nevada Society of CPAs, is a member of the Las Vegas Executives Association, and is on the steering committee for the Alliance of Mergers and Acquisitions Advisors. Outside of work, Alisha enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids, and dog.
