Biography
Lecturer Kaycee Camacho, MBA, RDMS, RVT joined the ultrasound program as a part-time lab instructor in 2017. As of July 2024, she is the Director of the Comprehensive Medical Imaging’s Ultrasound Program and teaches Ultrasound Physics, Abdominal Ultrasound, Vascular Ultrasound, Pelvic Ultrasound and Obstetric Ultrasound courses. She also teaches Ultrasound lab classes and oversees those students who are in their clinical rotations.
Camacho earned her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at UNLV as well as a bachelor’s degree in Comprehensive Medical Imaging: Ultrasound, from UNLV. She earned her master’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration from Western Governors University. She holds membership with the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
