From Nov. 27 - Dec. 2, the Facilities Management (FM) iServiceDesk request system will be unavailable for online service request submissions. During this time, customers may submit requests by clicking on the ‘Maintenance Request’ app within the Rebel Safe mobile app, by calling the FM Help Desk at 702-895-HELP (4357), or by visiting the FM Help Desk at the Facilities Management offices located within CSB 128 at the Campus Services Building on the Maryland Campus.
iServiceDesk, the current FM web-based work request system, will transition to a new, upgraded platform and will be offline during the transition process. The new platform will offer customers:
- An improved user interface
- Enhanced features and functionalities
- Security Enhancements
- Streamlined Access using familiar ACE login credentials
