The UNLV Performing Arts Center presents "Jekyll & Hyde: The Concert," featuring the stars of the Broadway production Rob Evan and Miss America 1998 Kate Shindle, at 8 p.m. on Saturday, October 22 as part of the New York Stage & Beyond series. Frank Wildhorn's gothic thriller wowed Broadway fans for four years with its compelling and passionate music.
Jekyll & Hyde is evocative of the epic battle between good and evil. Dr. Jekyll is determined to find the cure that will eliminate the evil and insane nature of man, so he develops an experimental drug and becomes the subject of his own experiment. Slowly he evolves into the monstrous Mr. Hyde.
