"Icarus" by Kavouras is a kinetic exploration of flight, confinement, isolation, ecstasy, freedom, and man's desire to soar.
Gordon's piece, "Apr?s L'ond?e/Vetiver: Paradox, Rush ...Kiss," is in five cinematic sections and evokes the essence of moments and experiences including melancholy, venom, mystery, unadorned beauty, stoicism, discretion, solitude, lightning, warm breath, sultry wind, surprise, yearning, and the instant of a kiss.
Mink Colbert's ballet, "CIRCUS," will feature live music by UNLV professor Stephen Caplan and is an imaginative interpretation of the circus including ringmasters, a parade, trapeze, elephants and ponies.
"The Bus Stop," choreographed by Rick and Tammy Pessagno, is a combination and collaboration of the disciplines of dance, acting, and improv.
