The 12th Annual Law School Forum will take place on Nov. 22. The event will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. in the foyer of the Artemus W. Ham Concert Hall on the UNLV campus.
The forum provides a one-stop informational shopping opportunity with American Bar Association-approved law schools in the United States as all ABA-approved law schools have been invited. Information will also be available about the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV.
The event is open to the public, free of charge, and all persons interested in attending law school are encouraged to attend. Those interested may:
-- talk directly with representatives from law schools across the nation,
-- obtain catalogs and financial aid information,
-- learn what one should look for in a law school,
-- learn why minority persons should consider law school.
The forum is sponsored by UNLV, the Community College of Southern Nevada, and the Western Association of Pre-Law Advisors, with hosts from Phi Alpha Delta and the Criminal Justice Association.
For additional information, call Larry A. Strate at UNLV at 895-3010 or Glynda White at CCSN at 651-4173.
