Edwin S. Mills, a leading authority on urban spatial structure, will speak at UNLV on "Suburbanization as a Government Policy Issue" on Nov. 6.
Mills, who is the Gary Rosenberg professor of real estate and finance at the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, will speak at 3 p.m. in Frank and Estella Beam Hall, Room 107.
His lecture is being sponsored by UNLV's economics department. It is free and open to the public. Seating is limited.
