UNLV is seeking children who do not speak in school or in social settings to be part of a study.
The study, which is being conducted by psychology doctoral student Jennifer Vecchio in conjunction with psychology professor Christopher Kearney, will focus on children ages 44 to 6.
Assessments of the children will be conducted free of charge, but parents will be expected to participate in a comprehensive assessment procedure that involves teacher input. Parents will be provided with their child's assessment results.
