The UNLV Performing Arts Center welcomes Grammy Award-winning classical guitarist Andrew York — a performer whose compositions blend the styles of ancient eras with modern musical directions, creating vital, multi-leveled, and accessible classical guitar concert pieces — at 8 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, in the Dr. Arturo Rando-Grillot Recital Hall. The performance is part of the Allegro Guitar Series at UNLV.

His authenticity has inspired a worldwide following, with his touring schedule spanning more than 30 countries. Recent concerts include Rome, Bogota, Beijing, Ankara, Munich, Manhattan, Finland, Estonia, Lithuania, and a tour of Japan.
