Las Vegas, Nev. - UNLV will induct iconic Las Vegas magicians Siegfried & Roy, legendary showman Liberace, award-winning architect William Snyder, former Lieutenant Governor and entertainer Lorraine Hunt Bono, and arts philanthropist Bernice Fischer, into the 7th Annual Nevada Entertainer/Artist Hall of Fame at UNLV during an award ceremony at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, September 25 in Artemus Ham Concert Hall.
The ceremony is FREE and no tickets are necessary.
The Nevada Entertainer/Artist Hall of Fame at UNLV was founded to honor residents of Southern Nevada who have made a significant impact on the arts, including visual and performing arts and architecture. The recipient is given The Sidney Award, named for Academy Award-winning director and Las Vegas resident George Sidney who was posthumously inducted into the inaugural Nevada Entertainer/Artist Hall of Fame at UNLV. Sidney directed such great films as "Anchors Aweigh," "Show Boat," "Kiss Me Kate," "Viva Las Vegas," and "Annie Get Your Gun."

3:30-5:30 pm - Donor reception in Ham Concert Hall lobby. Activities include live music by our Marimba band and a meet and greet with supporters of CFA.
6:00-6:05 pm - FREE Live art performance by CFA alumni (next to the Flashlight)
6:30 pm - Nevada Entertainer/Artist Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony (FREE & open to the public - no tickets required) Inductees: Longtime supporter of arts in Nevada Bernice Fischer, former Lt. Governor/entertainer/businesswoman Lorraine Hunt-Bono, legendary pianist Liberace, award-winning architect William Snyder, and master illusionists Siegfried & Roy.
