Break away from Las Vegas' summer heat with a UNLV alumni trip to the green countryside of Ireland.
From June 8-17, a group of UNLV alumni and friends will travel through Ireland on a tour called "Tee and/or Tea for Two."
The tour, which is open to the public, provides several golfing opportunities at some of Ireland's finest courses. For non-golfers, guided sightseeing will be provided.
The cost of the tour, including round-trip airfare between New York and Ireland, is $2,575 per person for golfers and $2,095 per person for non-golfers.
Golfers will be able to play the old courses at Ballybunion and Lahinch, and the courses at Portmarnock, Royal Dublin, Royal Portrush, and Royal County Down.
Sightseeing stops will include Dublin, Shannon, Bunratty Folk Park and Castle, Tralee, the Geraldine Heritage Center, the cliffs of Moher, County Wicklow, St. Kevin's Monastery, Glendolough, the Antrim coast, and the Bushmill Distillery.
Included in the package are a full Irish breakfast each day, a cocktail party, two special dinners with cocktails, tee times and caddies for the golfers, deluxe motor coach with a professional driver/guide, and airport, hotel, and golf course baggage handling.
