Elia Del Carmen Solano-Patricio (Public Policy and Leadership), who was awarded Best Podium Presentation Award in Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences. Her presentation was Police Shootings in the Mountain West, 2015 – 2021.
Janelle Domantay, Ilya Pivavaruk, and Victor Taksheyev (Computer Science), who were awarded for their poster presentation Modeling COVID-19 Infection Rates Using SIR and ARIMA Models.
Madison Frazee (Political Science), who was awarded Best Lightning Talk Award in Arts, Humanities, and Social Sciences for her lightning talk presentation titled Legislative Responses to Black Lives Matter Protests.
Michael Saladino (Journalism and Media Studies & Honors College), who was awarded for his presentation titled A Diamond in the Desert: Bringing Major League Baseball to Las Vegas.
Nathalie Martinez (Anthropology & World Languages and Cultures), who was awarded for her poster presentation titled “Our Languages Do Not Die, They are Being Killed”: Indigenismo and its Effects on Indigenous Language Revitalization.
Tiffany Mata (Life Sciences), who was awarded Best Oral Presentation Award in Health & Natural Sciences & Engineering for the presentation titled Generation of Bacillus Anthracis Mutants.
