The Transportation Research Center (TRC) at UNLV has actively participated in two conferences and one symposium over the past two weeks: the 2024 Fall Transportation Conference, the UNLV , and the . Numerous undergraduate and graduate engineering students and faculty represented TRC and its partners showcasing their research and insights through impactful presentations on transportation safety, transportation barriers faced by employees in the Las Vegas hospitality and tourism industry, the Vegas loop, key elements in traffic citations and adjudication processes, and advancements in asphalt heating technology in road repairs. They also took on moderator roles and actively participated in helping to organize and facilitate the conferences.
