Special Collections and Archives (Libraries) recently received a $10,000 donation from NV Energy to support the project. Latinx Voices of Southern Nevada is an oral history and community engagement project aimed at expanding the diversity of the voices that UNLV University Libraries Special Collections and Archives preserves. The donation was announced at a special event with U.S. Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto.
