Dr. Sophia Saeed (Dental) is the lead investigator, along with two student mentees and a colleague from another university, on a study called “High Depression Prevalence in Dental Students Associated with Lifestyle Characteristics.” Their findings were presented at the Diversity and Inclusion Workshop held by the American Dental Education Association (ADEA) in Portland, Oregon. She also will be co-presenting with colleagues from two other universities on “Gender Equity in Academics” at the ADEA fall meetings.
