answered an invitation from the to test new simulation education scenarios focused on patients with physical disabilities. Assistant professor Reimund Serafica and six nursing students tested three scenarios, provided suggestions for enhancing the content, and evaluated the scoring rubric. The new simulation scenarios are designed for pre-licensure nursing students and will be made available — once the suggestions are reviewed and implemented — via the National League of Nursing’s website in September. UNLV's School of Nursing was one of the few schools in country invited to participate in the evaluation process.
