On May 23, 2024, Satish C. Bhatnagar (Mathematical Sciences) addressed the research students in science and engineering departments of the JC Bose University of Science and Technology, Faridabad. His topic was on the Challenges While Working on Ph.D. Degrees in Mathematical Sciences. Earlier on the same day, as a chief guest, he also recognized the winner of the first roving award named after Lala Hardayal.
