Samuel Lee (Hospitality) was recognized with the Best Presentation award for his virtual presentation of the research study "Utilizing the Free Association Method and Netnography to Expose Hotel Guests' Technostress" along with his co-authors, Mehmet Erdem, Billy Bai, Chih-Chien Chen (all Hospitality), Eda Anlamlier (Lee Business) and Lee Ann Putney (Education), at the 2022 Annual Research Conference. The conference was held in hybrid format in Orlando, Florida. Lee's presentation described how key technology stressors could be uncovered using a mixed-methods approach. The findings are extremely helpful for guiding hotel organizations in their technology investment and deployment efforts. Lee is a doctoral student.
