Ruben J. Garcia (Law) will speak at the launch event for the in Cambridge, Massachusetts later this month. The report, issued by Harvard Law School and the Harvard Labor and Worklife Program, is the product of two years of work among academics, attorneys, and labor advocates to re-envision labor law on a clean slate. Garcia will speak to the report's recommendations on changing corporate law and duties to take account for the impacts that corporate decisions have on workers.
